About Me
Since I was young, I've always had an interest in writing and designing. Growing up outside the city, I drew knowledge from any source I could find. With the inspiration of my older brother, I first learned about coding through Q-Basic. It taught me a lot about the design logic and operation of computer systems. There were only limited opportunities for computer studies in high school, so I focused on teaching myself using online resources and program demos.
My Journey
After high school, I went to school to study english literature and business management. The curiousity I had towards computers continued to grow for several years. In that time I looked over different methods of programming, from visual basic, to C++, and Python. Finally, I was ready to take the leap and move from the front-lines of business and finacial management into the full depths of computer systems. I enrolled to the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's (NAIT) computer engineering technology program.
Here, I was able to formalize my interest in technology, logic, programming, and design.
